Year 2000 Assessment Reports

Before making data item modifications you can automatically generate a variety of comprehensive reports. LegacyAid's Year 2000 reporting aids in determining the scope of your potential Year 2000 problem.

• The Search Criteria Summary and Scope Summary list the specified name patterns and data types, as well as the files in the search scope.
• The File Impact Summary shows, for each file in the search scope (including referenced copy files), the number of the candidates (in the Data Division), references (in the Procedure Division), impacted lines of code, and total number of lines in the file. In addition, the summary calculates the ratio (in %) of impacted lines to total lines.
• The File Report presents, for each file in the search scope, the Called List, Calling List, Related Column List, Related Screen List, the Screen (Map) List, and DDL List.
• The Data File (DSN) Report lists related copy files, jobs, and procedures for each Data File (DSN) object in the search scope.
• The Candidate List Summary includes summary and detail reports.
